Operation notes
KIA6831FP have internal thermal shutdown circuit. Output current muted when chip temperature exceeds (typically) restored when chip temperature falls (typically).
mute (7pin) voltage opened lowered below 0.5V, output current will muted. Pin7 should pulled above 2.0V during normal use.
bias (23pin) muted when lowered below 1.4V(typically). Make sure stays above 1.6V during normal use.
Muting occurs during thermal shutdown, mute-on operations drop bias voltage. each case, only drivers muted. During muting, output pins remain internal bias voltage, roughly (VCC/2).
sure connect 0.1//F bypass
capacitor power supply, base
radiating connected package internal GND, should also connected external ground.
capacitor between regulator output (6pin) also serves prevent oscillation select with good temperature characteristics.
