These high-voltage, high-current Darlirgton transistor arrays comprised seven silicon Darlington pairs common monolithic substrate. units feature open collector outputs integral suppression diodes inductive loads. Peak inrush curents 600mA allowable, making them ideal driving turgsten filament lamps also.
Type ULN-2001 general-purpose array which used with DTL, TTL, PMOS, CMOS, etc. pinned with inputs opposite outputs facilitate ease circuit board layout priced compete directly with discrete transistor ternatives.
Type ULN-2002 specifically designed with PMOS devices. Each input Zener diode resistor series order limit input current safe value.
Type ULN-2003 series base rssistor each Darlington pair, thus allows operation directly with CMOS operating supply voltage
Type ULN-2004 appropriate series input stor allow operation directly from CMOS PMOS outputs utilizing supply voltages 15V. required input current below that Type ULN-2003 while required input voltage less than that required Type ULN-2002.
cases, individual Darlington pair collector current rating 500mA. However, outputs paralleled higher load current capability.
