Description Miniature circuit-breakers series have current-limiting effect. They have different trip releases acting contact mechanism: delayed thermal release providing overload protection electromechanical instantaneous release with "hammer trip" solenoid providing short-circuit protection. They offer: high short-circuit capacity high selectivity back-up protection loads case short circuit line and/or damaged area through massive limitation let-through 2t/A2s (ohmic thermal figure)
Task Protection against excessive temperature rises electric items case overcurrents caused overload, short circuit earth-fault current assigned according 0100 Part 430. Protection against electric shock case excessive touch voltage caused insulation fault assigned according 0100 Part 410.

Installation operation instructions
Installation: installed mounting position snap-on fixing rails 715, width. miniature circuit-breakers 200/S installed without busbar, hinge upper part into rail push lower part device snap into place (1). device released reverse order, after quick fastener been removed with screw driver (2). release 200/S that cross-wired with System compact busbars, first open clamping screws. Then, pull lower part 200/S forwards lift straight (1a), then, quick fastener (1b) will recede. busbar deallocated 200/S pulled lifting device forwards (2). insertion onto busbar done reverse order. First, open clamping screws pull quick fastener until locks into place first time (3). Then, take 200/S device insert with rear terminal side onto pins System compact busbar (4), turn into direction rail (4a) shift vertically downwards (4b); this way, quick fastener snaps back into place (4c).
Caution: forget re-tighten clamping screws. instal, remove without compact busbar release when compact busbar remains place

Operation: MCBs switched switching operating lever into upper position (with respect text block nameplate). MCB, after having tripped, switched again, tripping probably caused overload. trips again immediately when trying reclose, complete short-circuit, earth fault assumed. continuously re-close existing short circuit earth fault. trips under overload, short-circuit earth fault conditions, even operating lever locked position (trip-free mechanism). Cleaning device: MCBs soiled installation work should cleaned with dry, necessary, damp soapy cloth. Never caustic agents dissolvent. Maintenance: STOTZ miniature circuit-breakers maintenance-free. Opening device will lead loss warranty.
