Handling Cautions
9-1) Mounting module
Please power module when connect input/output connector. Please connect ground pattern inverter circute surely. connection perfect, some following problems happen possibly. 1.The noise from backlight unit will increase. 2.The output from inverter circuit will unstable. 3.In some cases part module will heat. Polarizer which made soft material susceptible flaw must handled carefully. Protective film (Laminator) applied surface protect against scratches dirts. recommended peel laminator before taking care static electricity. 9-2) Precautions mounting When metal part TFT-LCD module (shielding rear case) soiled, wipe with soft cloth. Wipe water drops finger grease immediately. Long contact with water cause discoloration spots. TFT-LCD module uses glass which breaks cracks easily dropped bumped hard surface. Please handle with care. Since CMOS used module. take care static electricity earth yourself when handling. 9-3) Adjusting module Adjusting volumes rear face module have been optimally before shipment. Therefore, change adjusted values. adjusted values changed, specifications described satisfied. 9-4) Others expose module direct sunlight intensive ultraviolet rays many Hours. Store module room temperature place. voltage beginning electric discharge over normal voltage because leakage current from approach conductor draw lump read lead line around. panel breaks, possibly that liquid crystal escapes from panel.Avoid putting into eyes mouth. When liquid crystal sticks hands, clothes feet. Wash immediately with soap. Observe other precautionary requirements handling general electronic components.
