DM2052 comes with onboard LEDs configured bar-graph type display mode setting float state initialization. LEDs indicate remaining battery capacity increments.

Initialization State

EV2200-xxH from Start|Programs|EV2200-xxH menu sequence. software requests communications port first time after installation. Choose Retry Auto-detection button automatic port configuration. After port detected, software displays bq2052 data screen.

Device Program Settings
Select bq2052 option from Options|Device Selection pulldown menu. This selection sets software operate with bq2052. program prompt quit restart program. follow on-screen instructions restart program. Once restarted, software work with bq2052.

Note whether line from DM2052 connected SMBD/HDQ1 SMBC/HDQ2 EV2200. Select HDQ1 SMBD/HDQ1 connection HDQ2 SMBC/HDQ2 connection from Options|HDQ pulldown menu.
