Description
Si9110/9111 BiC/DMOS integrated circuits designed high-performance switchmode controllers. high-voltage DMOS input allows controller work over wide range input voltages (10to 120-VDC). Current-mode control circuitry implemented CMOS reduce internal power consumption less than push-pull output driver provides high-speed switching MOSPOWER devices large enough supply output power. When combined with output MOSFET transformer, Si9110/9111 used implement single-ended power converter topologies (i.e., flyback, forward, cuk). Si9110/9111 available 14-pin plastic DIP, SOIC CerDIP packages, specified over military, suffix (-55 125_C) industrial, suffix (-40 85_C) temperature ranges.

Pre-Regulator/Start-Up Section
