Limited Certain Instructions
Branching instructions:
certain instructions related branching jumping should restricted. When programmer execute branching instructions like AJMP, LJMP, ACALL, LCALL, SJMP etc., they have responsibility ensure that destination branching address don't over internal program memory size. SM894051 contain bytes program memory location from 0FFFH.
Data Memory, MOVX-related instructions:
SM894051 contains bytes internal data memory, doesn't support external data memory access. Therefore, SM894051 doesn't include MOVX instructions.
Limited down mode wake-up
SM894051 ways wake-up power down mode. them hardware reset. other that using external interrupt (#INT0, #INT1) wake-up power down mode external interrupt must level trigger.
Configuration
Port
ports P1.2 P1.7 have internal pull-up resistor. ports P1.0 P1.1 open-drain configuration, they require external pull-up resistor pull low. P1.0 P1.1 also used positive input (AIN0) negative input (AIN1) chip analog comparator. long voltage level P1.0 greater than P1.1, output voltage level on-chip analog comparator this result will stored port SFR.

Extension Function Description Watch Timer
Watch Timer (WDT) 16-bits free-running counter that generate reset signal counter overflows. useful systems that susceptible noise, power glitches, electronics discharge which causing software dead loop runaway. function help user software recover from abnormal software condition. different from Timer0, Timer1 general 8051. prevent reset done software periodically clearing counter. User should check SCONF register whenever unpracticed reset happened. purpose secure procedure prevent WDTC value from being changed when system runaway. There 250KHz oscillator embedded chip. WDTE will enable oscillator frequency independent system frequency. enable done setting (WDTE) WDTC. After WDTE 16-bits counter starts count with oscillator. will generate reset signal when overflows. WDTE will cleared automatically when SM894051 been reset, either hardware reset reset. reset done setting CLEAR WDTC before counter overflow. This will clear content 16-bits counter counter re-start count from beginning.
