Description
PL78L06XM3 series surface mount regulators easy-to-use devices suitable multitude applications that require regulated supply 100mA. These regulators feature internal current limiting thermal shutdown, making them remarkably rugged. external components required with PL78L06XM3 devices many applications. These devices offer substantial performance advantage over traditional zener diode resistor combination, output impedance quiescent current substantially reduced.
