High-Gain, Current Noise Amplifier with Variable Current Shutdown Function
Avago Technologies' MGA-24106 low-noise amplifier (LNA) designed GPS/ISM/WiMAX applications (0.9-3.5) frequency range. uses Avago Technologies' proprietary GaAs Enhancement-mode pHEMT process achieve high gain with very noise figure high linearity. Noise figure distribution very tightly controlled. CMOS-compatible shutdown included either turning on/off, current adjustment. noise figure high gain, coupled with current consumption make suitable critical lowpower applications during low-battery operation.
