Either both input voltages must exceed magnitude VCC+ VCC-. Short-circuits from output cause excessive heating 15V. maximum output current approximately 40mA independent magnitude VCC. Destructive dissipation result from simultaneous short-circuit amplifiers. This input current only exists when voltage input leads driven negative. collector-base junction input transistor becoming forward biased thereby acting input diodes clamps. addition this diode action, there also parasitic action chip. this transistor action cause output voltages Op-amps voltage level ground large overdrive) time duration than input driven negative. This destructive normal output will again input voltage higher than -0.3V.
