ISL8510 high-performance, triple output controller that provides single, high frequency power solution variety point load applications. ISL8510 integrates standard buck controller switching MOSFET with 500mA LDO. controller ISL8510 drives internal switching N-Channel power MOSFET requires external Schottky diode generate output voltage from 0.6V 20V. integrated power switch optimized excellent thermal performance output current. standard buck input voltage range supports fixed variable range. regulator switches fixed frequency 500kHz utilizes simple voltage mode control with input voltage feed forward provide flexibility component selection minimize solution size. Protection features include overcurrent, undervoltage, thermal overload protection integrated into ISL8510 power good signal output indicates loss regulation output. ISL8510 features adjustable regulator using internal PMOS transistors pass devices. Enable (EN_LDO) control output. single power good signal output indicates loss regulation output. Independent overcurrent thermal fault shutdown monitor integrated into section. ISL8510 available small 4mmx4mm thin Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) package.

Quick Setup Guide
Ensure that circuit correctly connected supply loads prior applying power. Connect bias supply VIN, plus terminal (VCC) negative return (GND). Verify that ENABLE. Turn power supply. Verify PG_PWM that output voltage 3.3V VOUT1 (TP3). Turn ENABLE. VLDO1 connected separate power supply, remove from bottom first, then turn SW2. Verify PG_LDO output voltage 1.2V VOUT2 (TP7).
