DESCRIPTION:
QS32384 provides high-speed CMOS, TTL-compatible switches. banks five switches controlled independent Enable (BE) signals. QS32384 adds internal series resistor with each switch reduce reflection noise high speed applications. When closed, switch acts source (series) termination driver connected QS32384 characterized operation -40°C +85°C.
