HMC329LC3B general purpose double balanced mixer leadless RoHS compliant package that used upconverter downconverter between GHz. This mixer requires external components matching circuitry. HMC329LC3B provides excellent suppression optimized balun structures. mixer operates with drive levels above dBm. HMC329LC3B eliminates need wire bonding, allowing surface mount manufacturing techniques.
