General Description
DV2002L2/TL2 Development System provides development environment bq2002/T Fast Charge DV2002L2/TL2 incorporates bq2002/T linear regulator provide fast charge control NiCd NiMH cells. fast charge terminated following: peak voltage detect, maximum temperature, maximum time, inhibit command. Jumper settings select voltage termination mode, hold-off, top-off, maximum time limits. user provides power supply batteries. user configures DV2002L2/TL2 number cells, voltage, charge termination mode, maximum charge time (with without top-off). Please review bq2002/T data sheet before using DV2002L2/TL2 board. input from charger supply Select number cells Inhibit input Timer, etc. setting
Fixed Configuration
DV2002L2/TL2 board following fixed characteristics (4.75-5.25V) regulated on-board from supply connector (DC: GND). indicates charge status. Charge initiates later application battery which provides bq2002. shipped from Benchmarq, DV2002L2/TL2 linear regulator configured charging current 1.25A. This current level controlled value sense resistor RSNS relationship: ICHG 1.25V

Setup Procedure
Configure INH, number-of-cells (NOC) jumpers. Connect provided thermistor resistor between BAT-. Attach battery pack BAT+ BAT-. temperature control, thermistor must contact cells. Attach current source connections JP4.
