Fujitsu MB47393 dual comparator which designed operate from single power supply over wide range voltage. input characteristics equivalent current industry standard comparator. Even though operated from single power supply, input common mode voltage range includes ground. Owing adoption clamp circuitry input pins, mis-operation prevented negative input. MB47393 compatible with LM393.
