Product Brief 1.5A DROPOUT LINEAR REGULATOR Description
AZ1086 series dropout positive voltage regulators with maximum dropout 1.5V 1.5A load current features on-chip thermal shutdown. also includes bandgap reference current limiting circuit. AZ1086 available 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, 5.0V versions. fixed versions integrate adjust resistors. also available adjustable version, which output voltage with only external resistors.
