This surface mount Zener Voltage Regulator series military qualified MILPRF-19500/406 ideal high-reliability applications where failure cannot tolerated. These industry-recognized Watt Zener Voltage Regulators hermetically sealed with voidless-glass construction using internal metallurgical bond. includes Zener selections from volts standard tolerances well tighter tolerances identified different suffix letters part number. They also available axial-leaded packages (see separate data sheet 1N4460 thru 1N4496 1N6485 thru 1N6491). Microsemi also offers numerous other Zener products meet higher lower power ratings both thru-hole surface mount packages.
